One year ago at this time I was 2.5 cm dialated and thought I'd be having my baby boy at any minute. Little did I know that exactly TWO WEEKS later is when he'd be born. And to celebrate my first birthday as a Mommy, Ty decided to act like a newborn and get up at 4:30 am, but not just wake up but get up. Sigh. Needless to say, I was pretty tired today and felt 84 instead of 34. But we still made the most of our day. We went to the mall for about an hour, went to Jackie's for an Epicure party, and went out for supper with Dorothy. Ryan's working in Hinton but he'll be home either late tonight or tomorrow so my birthday celebration will carry over for one more day.Saturday, October 25, 2008
