We Made It!

After driving thru a terrible snowstorm south of Olds and thru to Airdrie, we made it to the airport on time (thanks to Ryan's incredible driving), sailed thru check-in, then proceeded to wait for about 3 1/2 hours for our flight. We took off right on time and since we both slept thru most of the flight, it only seemed like 1 1/2 hours instead of 6. The resort is beautiful, and so far we've sat on the beach, sat by the pool, and had a few beverages. We have reservations tomorrow night for Mexican at one of the a la carte restaurants and at two others on Fri and Sat. Our room is great with a king size bed, free mini bar, balcony, bathroom with a two person jet tub, and it's all marble. We're in the golden club section so we're just a few steps away from one of the pools and the ocean. We should sign off now, though, before we lose our time, but I'll try to post as often as possible. Take care at home! Ryan & Lisa
