Yesterday I went to Edmonton to pick up the cross-stitch that Megan had made Ryan and I for our wedding. It is so incredibly beautiful and this photo does not do it justice. In addition to the "regular" stitching, there's metallic thread throughout her gown and beadwork throughout the whole stitch. She is known as "Angel of the Sea". I know it probably took Megan around 100 hours to make and each stitch was made with love. An Armstrong family friend also did an incredible job of framing it with suede matting and it's triple matted. Thank you, Megan, for your labour of love ~ we love it and it's already hung!
