Update

So Uncle Blair went and got mom a phone yesterday. Now the water cooler's leaking. I wonder what kind of flooding will occur before that problem's addressed!

You're mom asked me to pick up the same phone I got. When I got mine, I couldn't believe how many models there were, and it took me a 1/2 hour to choose. Wouldn't you know, when I went to get Shirley's, mine were sold out, and I had to go through the same friggin' exercise again! I'd rather go through anal probe by aliens, but I don't walk to talk about that anymore!
